The Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) program has six program outcomes for students to be successful. The program outcomes are labeled Collaborative Leadership, Theoretical Base for Practice, Specialty Leadership Role for Practice, Scholarship for Practice, Health Care Environment and Professionalism. Under each tab is a program outcome. In each program outcome, I have discussed how the program outcome was completed. Specific assignments are provided which correlate with each program outcome. The National League for Nursing (NLN) professional standards has eight competencies which are noted under each program outcome.
