National League for Nursing
The National League for Nursing (NLN) has created eight competencies which correlate with The Scope of Practice for nurse educators (The National League for Nursing, 2012). Throughout the MSN program at Ferris State University, assignments were performed which correspond to those eight competencies. Each of these competencies are noted under the program outcomes and how they were facilitated.
